I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Johannes, went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of all the must-see attractions in this city. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The new bathroom fittings, especially the high-quality Villeroy & Boch shower-toilets, were a luxurious touch. I also had the chance to attend the Annual Salzburg Music Festival, thanks to the hotel's convenient location.

We booked a suite but were placed in a different building, which felt more like an apartment rental than a hotel. It was inconvenient to have to cross the street to access the main hotel for facilities.
