I recently stayed at The St. Regis in Florence for a short visit. The hotel is not big, but it is incredibly well decorated and cozy. The staff, especially Marcelo at the front desk, were helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were perfect, with a beautiful view of the Arno River. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no fee for breakfast in the room, and I loved the unique feature of a television set in the bathroom mirror. my experience was simply perfect.

I particularly enjoyed the complimentary morning coffee and the convenient location of the hotel, which made it easy for me to explore the city during my free time.

Beautiful property with river view suites and butler service. Champagne service and first quality cuisine in the restaurant. Excellent help from Maître d'hôtel and Sommelier. Pleasant and helpful bar staff, with well-executed small plates. Fist class all around.

The hotel was conveniently located, with most attractions within easy walking distance. We were able to explore the city without any hassle. The hotel was also situated on the beautiful Arno river, providing stunning views from our room. The room itself was spacious and well-decorated, with antique furniture and elegant details. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, always ensuring that our needs were met. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The key fob system for accessing the rooms was a bit inconvenient. It would have been more convenient to have individual key cards.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. the location of the hotel was perfect, with key attractions within walking distance. the room we were upgraded to was stunning, with luxurious furnishings and a beautiful view. We also enjoyed the complimentary champagne and canapes that were offered to celebrate the New Year.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks during our stay. the bed was a bit too soft for our liking, but still comfortable.

The breakfast was absolutely spectacular in ambience, service, and quality. the location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go in the city.

The night staff was not as helpful as the day staff, who were much more eager to assist.

The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant even arranged a private dining experience just for us. this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

This hotel provided a truly luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities were impressive and exceeded my expectations. the service was impeccable from the moment I arrived. the Spa & Wellness centre had a variety of treatments available, including a full body massage and a facial. the restaurant served delicious food, and the bar/lounge area was a perfect spot for relaxing with a cocktail. the private facilities were a great added bonus, making my stay even more enjoyable. the location was perfect, with easy access to many restaurants and attractions.

The only negative aspect I experienced was a minor issue with the temperature in the room.
