The location is fantastic, within walking distance to major tourist attractions like the river and the famous Nacht market. The hotel is situated in a former shop, giving it a unique and trendy atmosphere. The room is clean and comfy, with a nice shower and comfortable beds. The courtyard apartment has high ceilings and a leafy green setting, creating a peaceful ambiance. The kitchenette is perfect for making coffee and simple meals.

One of the beds in the room is uncomfortable and urgently needs to be replaced, along with the flat and worn pillows.

We had a great stay at Gratzlhotel. the check-in process was smooth and we received all the necessary information through a message. the room was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. the location was fantastic, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Despite being on the street, the room felt secure and we felt protected. the room was also warm and cozy, making it a comfortable stay. we were very pleased with our experience at Gratzlhotel Karmelitermarkt.

I had an amazing stay at the Gratzlhotel Karmelitermarkt. the location was perfect - within walking distance of the river, Nacht market, restaurants, bars, and a local Spar. the courtyard apartment I stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated, with incredibly high ceilings. the leafy green courtyard setting added to the charm. the kitchenette was a great feature, perfect for making coffee and basic meals. the support team was incredibly helpful and professional, quickly arranging a new accommodation for us and assisting with airport transfers. a fantastic experience.

I had a great stay at a beautiful apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The location was perfect, with fantastic restaurants nearby and easy access to public transportation. The apartment itself was lovely, with a unique interior design and everything was extremely clean. The staff at the office were very nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place, despite the slight inconvenience of having to leave our bags at the office before check-in.

A cozy home away from home. Everything you need is provided, from a fully equipped kitchenette to comfy beds and a wonderful shower. The location is perfect, with plenty of cute restaurants nearby and a short walk to Schwedenplatz. The bikes available for use are a great bonus. I would recommend this hotel.
