The parking location was inconvenient and the lights switches were strange and unnecessary. the cleaning crew entered our room even with the "do not disturb" sign on the door.

The room was a letdown - incredibly small with no storage space, and the shower was cramped and awkwardly placed. the housekeeping was poor, we had to ask multiple times for our room to be cleaned.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, from the moment I arrived until I left. the facilities were modern and well-maintained, and the rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean. the highlight of my stay was dining at the enclosed restaurant "Schnitzel Love" and trying their delicious Schnitzel, which was the best I've ever had. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Grand Ferdinand Vienna.

The wait staff in the restaurant seemed overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the demand. It was a minor issue that didn't detract from an otherwise wonderful stay.
