I loved the rooftop terrace with the pool and enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurant. however, the room lacked coffee-making facilities, which was a letdown. Would return!

Had a great time with friends! The location was perfect, making it easy to visit the Musikverein and the Wiener Konzerthaus. Friendly staff and the rooftop pool was a nice touch. Just a heads-up, breakfast can be pricey, but we loved the overall vibe and dining options.

We faced some confusion with the elevators since you need to tap your room key first. A couple of times we ended up on the wrong floor, which was a bit annoying.

The spacious and elegantly designed room was a highlight, complete with modern amenities and friendly staff who made the experience enjoyable. Breakfast on the rooftop offered stunning views along with a delightful selection of food, including homemade pastries. However, the shower had issues that persisted throughout my stay, and the limited seating at the rooftop pool meant a lack of options to relax. Additionally, the scattered staff responsiveness was a bit concerning, especially when simple requests took longer than expected.

We loved the beautiful decor and enjoyed the stunning views while having breakfast. The location made it super easy for us to explore Vienna’s top attractions with our four kids, including a fun visit to the nearby concert house. An interesting experience!

The rooftop pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The only downside was that the rooftop pool could've been a little warmer in March, so I’d recommend checking the weather before your swim. 😊

While the location was perfect for exploring Vienna, I was disappointed by the room's lack of closet space and absence of in-room coffee. The staff were friendly and the unique cotton candy machine was a fun surprise for my family. Consider using Uber for airport transfers to save money.

grand ferdinand vienna, your hotel in the city center has stylish interiors and a lovely comfortable room. the bed was incredible with a fluffy duvet. it has great lighting over the bathroom sink and a magnifying mirror. i also loved how clean and central the location was, making it easy to explore nearby attractions.
