Romantic escape was great, enjoyed a beautiful view from the room and the cozy atmosphere of the place. Breakfast menu was delicious, with a good choice of cakes and hot dishes. the location was perfect for outdoor activities, with hiking trails nearby and a nice golf course.

The staff seemed understaffed and uninterested in making us feel welcome. the room wasn't cleaned properly and we had to request a new set of towels.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel were exceptional. the Spa & Wellness Centre was a relaxing oasis, with top-notch massage and facial services that left me feeling rejuvenated. the heated outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace offered incredible panoramas of the surrounding valley, and the peaceful garden area was perfect for a quiet morning coffee.

The only minor issue I experienced was with the service at the snack bar. While the food was delicious, the waitstaff seemed a bit disorganized and overwhelmed at times.

The hotel had great amenities and facilities, such as the spa with multiple sauna options and an indoor and outdoor pool. the staff was also very friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel was convenient, with a shuttle service available to nearby ski areas and a short drive away from the city center.

The prices at the hotel were quite high, especially for food and drinks. the pool area was not warm enough to fully enjoy, and the rooms felt a little outdated.

Some minor issues with the room, such as a confusing lighting system and a lack of tea and coffee facilities. Mediocre lunch experience with undercooked pasta and stingy portions.

The staff were professional and helpful in dealing with our reservation problem. the breakfast staff were friendly and efficient, making our morning dining experience enjoyable. the spa facilities were top-notch, with a heated indoor outdoor pool, steam bath, and sauna. the rooms were beautifully decorated with a stunning view of the mountains. the hotel is surrounded by greenery, including a golf ground, providing a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. the check-in process was smooth, and the rooms were spacious with a big balcony. the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the delicious homemade ice cream at the restaurant. a memorable and satisfying stay at Grand Tirolia.
