I had a lovely stay just outside Igls, the MOUNTAIN VIEW from my balcony was breathtaking! Breakfast was fantastic too. I'd definitely choose this spot again despite the room's smallness!

I recently visited this hotel and wanted to share a bit about my time there. The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning; we woke up to breathtaking mountain scenery every morning. Honestly, it felt like we were in a postcard! The terrace was a perfect spot to sip coffee and take it all in. The location was spot-on; only a quick bus ride away from all the attractions we wanted to see. The hotel even provided a card that let us hop on the bus for free, which was super convenient. The staff were generally friendly and really went out of their way to help. I had a great interaction with Vincent at the front desk; he was always cheerful and helped carry my bags up, which made life a little easier. there were some hiccups. The heating in our room wasn't great—some parts were way warmer than others, and I found myself chilly in certain spots. And let's talk about the cleanliness; the carpets were in dire need of a good deep clean. There were bits of dirt and stains I couldn't ignore, which was kind of a bummer. The bathroom was also a bit hit-or-miss. While the basics were clean, I spotted some hairs left in the bathtub and the shower mat was missing, making it a little slippery—something that could easily be improved. While the furniture had this rustic charm that fit the vibe of the place, I did notice some chairs and the sofa bed were totally beaten up, which made me hesitate to use them. It felt like they needed a good update! The flat-screen TV was nice, but honestly, we didn’t watch much because we were too busy exploring. It’d be great if housekeeping had provided some more complimentary toiletries too. Breakfast was decent but not wow, especially compared to some other spots I've visited in Europe. A couple more options would have definitely made it better. Oh, and one odd thing I encountered was at checkout. We were leaving around 6 AM and the front desk was locked up. I knocked, and the staff member who answered didn’t seem too happy about being disturbed—definitely wasn't the warm farewell I anticipated. Even with the flaws, the amazing views and helpful staff made up for some of the downsides. If you’re looking for a spot with character and location, this place might be worth checking out, just keep a couple things in mind.

This hotel offers a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains, and the rustic charm adds to its character. the staff is friendly and extremely helpful, providing great local advice. the large rooms are clean and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. Plus, the location is just a short walk to the charming nearby town.

I really enjoyed the gorgeous mountain views from my room's balcony! The location is perfect for exploring the area, and it’s super easy to catch public transport right nearby. I also liked the friendly staff who were really helpful with tips about the local attractions. It made the experience even better! But honestly, I was a bit disappointed with the dated interior. The breakfast was pretty basic for €14, and a coffee machine would’ve been nice.
