Rooms were comfortable and well-designed, with great views of the Alps. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel's location was ideal, close to the cable cars and train station.

The wifi connection could be improved, although it wasn't a major issue considering the many activities available in the area. The breakfast options felt limited after a few days, but the staff was always helpful and friendly.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't be better, right across the street from the train station and in the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we could ask for. We loved the comfortable beds and the fact that the room was soundproofed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel also had a lovely garden with cozy garden furniture where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. the location was perfect, with easy access to both the train station and the ski lifts. We also loved the fact that the hotel provided free ski storage at the base of the mountain, which made it really convenient for us.

One thing we didn't really enjoy was the dinner at the hotel restaurant, as it left something to be desired. the spa didn't open until 4, which was a bit inconvenient for us.
