We had a fantastic stay at Chiado Trindade Apartments! The apartment was modern and spacious, with a huge bathroom and even a built-in TV. The location was perfect for shopping and exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, even giving me a lovely hand soap liquid as a birthday present. If we ever visit Lisbon again, we will definitely choose to stay at Chiado Trindade Apartments!

The value for money at this hotel was impressive, with a clean and comfortable room that felt like it came out of Architectural Digest. The location was great, within walking distance to sites and transport, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Clean apartment with cleaning service and towel change on second day. Central location near major sights, shops, and restaurants. Good communication with host for early check-in and kitchen request. Elevator available for easy access.

The apartment had a great punch code check-in system and a convenient parking garage. We were met at the door and given a basket of fruit upon check-in. The apartment was well-equipped with a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and washing machine. The host provided helpful information and recommendations.

We needed a beefier wine opener and it would have been helpful to have a list of instructions for the washing machine.

My stay at Chiado Trindade Apartments was exceptional. The landlord went above and beyond by personally helping us park our car and providing detailed instructions for all the appliances. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked perfectly to keep us cool during the hot weather. The location was ideal, right in the heart of Lisbon. The host was friendly, responsive, and even helped us rebook our flight when it was canceled. I highly recommend this place.

Great service, friendly and very helpful staff. The apartment was really nice, clean, and had a big bathroom with a fabulous shower and bath. The kitchen was fully stocked and the staff gave us great advice on places to go. Quick and easy check-in. Convenient location in the center but still quiet.

The facilities and furnishings were new and extremely comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the historical monuments and tourist attractions. We loved being able to explore the city easily from this central location.

The location of this apartment is perfect! We were only a short walk away from all the major tourist attractions in downtown Lisbon. Additionally, the apartment is very close to the metro station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the beautiful bathroom. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing us with great recommendations for dining and sightseeing.

The apartment is located in the heart of everything, in a happening neighborhood with quality cafes, restaurants, and shopping close by. The balcony offers great views of the city and water. The apartment is well-appointed, comfortable, and air-conditioned. The bedrooms offer a quiet and peaceful atmosphere at night.

One person in our group found the mattresses in the bedrooms to be too firm.
