I had the most amazing experience at a hotel that exuded warmth and comfort. The staff were dedicated to their jobs and provided impeccable service. The kitchen was outstanding, deserving of a Michelin star. The hotel had its own thermal pools, perfect for relaxation. The attention to detail and high level of facilities made this hotel a truly remarkable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great time during my city trip at this hotel. the staff were super friendly and helpful. the food was amazing, especially the local produce served at breakfast. the spa and wellness facilities were fantastic and really relaxing after a long day exploring the city. the location was perfect, close to public transport and key landmarks.

I can't think of any major dislikes about this hotel, however, the view from my room could have been better. the cost of drinks at the bar was a bit steep, but this was balanced out by the complimentary cake.
