Great Location, Clean Rooms, and Delicious Food the hotel has a great location close to the beach, and the rooms are pleasant and clean. the rooftop swimming pool and bathing area offer a nice place to relax and enjoy the sunset. the food served is delicious and offers good value for money. improvements could be made in terms of breakfast availability and variety, as well as staff training in certain areas.

the room was clean and beautifully decorated, with a comfy bed. we enjoyed relaxing at the rooftop pool and indulging in delicious food. the staff was incredibly helpful and the location was perfect. cons: spa not available.

We encountered a similar issue with the uncooked chicken in the restaurant, but the replacement meal was much better. Our deluxe double room with balcony was spacious and the hot water was plentiful. the welcome treatment was a nice touch. the checkout process involving room clearance caused a slight delay. we recommend this hotel.

Being close to landmarks like Alappuzha Lighthouse and Sea View Park enhanced our family bonding experience.

The air-conditioned suite I stayed in had a cozy living room, a spacious bedroom, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bath. the private terrace was perfect for enjoying the sunset after a long day of work.

Personally, I found the breakfast options lacking variety, but others may enjoy the fresh and simple choices.

As an epicurean, the Harbour Restaurant, just a stone's throw away, lured me with succulent steaks and local delicacies. the sprawling deluxe double room with a balcony was cozy and complete with hot water amenities. the reception staff were attentive and helpful, adding a personal touch to the stay.

The bar and coffee corner were a miss, not yet open for business. Breakfast could level up with a variety of coffee options beyond instant, as mixing it with hot milk was a quirky suggestion.
