We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views from the swimming pool. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent, with housekeeping ensuring that our rooms were clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the tours and ticket assistance, which made exploring the area hassle-free. The amenities in our room, such as the heating and sitting area, made us feel right at home. And the free Wi-Fi allowed us to stay connected during our stay.

The view from the swimming pool was amazing, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The rooms were clean and had comfortable beds. Plus, the location was perfect, close to the town center and tourist activities.

The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, making us feel unwelcome during our stay. , the road leading to the hotel was narrow and difficult to drive on, which made our arrival stressful.
