Convenient location near Alpentherme, complimentary access with Gasteiner Card. Older hotel with modern updates, comfortable beds and renovated bathrooms. Village and surrounding area offer beautiful scenery and hiking opportunities. Winter visit planned. Stunning mountain views from balcony. Underground parking included, despite being chilly. Free pass to exceptional sauna area exceeded expectations. Large, quiet room.

During my recent stay at Das Gastein, I had a fantastic time exploring the beautiful surroundings. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to the Alpentherme and Gasteiner Bergbahnen. The room was clean, warm, and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different preferences. I also appreciated the convenience of renting e-bikes from the hotel, allowing me to easily explore the area. The staff, including the lady at reception and the gentleman at the bar, were super friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend Das Gastein for a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The hotel's location next to the park was perfect for enjoying the outdoors.
