The staff at this hotel were very accommodating, allowing a late check-in and waiting for my arrival. They also provided great e-mail communication regarding my late arrival. The breakfast offered at this hotel was excellent, with a good range of hot and cold options. I particularly loved the scrambled eggs with bacon and onion. The rooms at this hotel were well-kept, clean, and without any visible damage. The hotel itself looked a bit more expensive than others in the area, but it definitely provided great value for money.

The hotel and facilities were great, with a play area for my 5-year-old and two restaurant options on site. The breakfast selection was unique and plentiful, offering Polish crepes that my daughter loved. The housekeeping staff were competent, ensuring a clean and pleasant room. Our room at Hotel & Restauracja Gniecki was excellent - clean, spacious, and with an amazing bathroom. The shower cabin was wide and the warm water was a pleasure to relax in. The hotel itself had a surprising elegant touch and the whole place was nicely maintained. The cozy restaurant offered very good food with a variety of options for breakfast, including delicious pastries and healthy snacks. The location was average, but considering the overall quality of the hotel, it was a great stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the highlight for our 4-year old was definitely the amazing kid's room, one of the best we have encountered on our travels. the hotel itself was very clean and had an elegant touch. the restaurant was cozy and served delicious food. Our room was excellent, with a spacious and clean bathroom that had a big wide shower cabin. it was a pleasure to rest and relax in such a comfortable and well-maintained hotel. the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including pastries and healthy snacks.
