We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the center of town and very close to the Swarovski exhibition. We enjoyed exploring the old town center and there was even a fantastic Italian restaurant just a short walk away. The room was spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast had a good selection of food.

That the parking was a bit challenging as there were limited dedicated spots and the public street parking was often full.

Good location with views of a beautiful church, town museum, cozy cafes, and mountains. Friendly staff who quickly accommodated room change. Decent breakfast and recommended Wiener schnitzel at the restaurant. Outstanding service and value for money.

Our xmas stay at this hotel was not as good as we expected. A construction work was being carried out, which caused a lot of noise early in the morning and through the day.
