The hotel is located on a hill with an excellent view, making it a perfect spot for a late lunch on the terrace. The restaurant offers a variety of delicious meals in a cozy atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the forest, providing a beautiful view and a peaceful environment.

The self-service coffee machines in the breakfast area were poor and often not working properly.

Okay food in hotel restaurant for half board guests. Friendly staff, excellent hygiene. Diverse and delicious breakfast. Large comfortable bed, big bathroom with large bathtub. Renovated Spa center is nice and relaxing with adults only zone. Infinity pool has great forest view. SPA staff friendly and helpful. Enough saunas and wellness options, freezer room is perfect after sauna. Good massages at reasonable price. Great dinner and breakfast on weekends, amazing variety and quality. Enjoyed homemade banitza and mekitzi, made-to-order pancakes. Weekday dining experience different.

We have been returning to this hotel multiple times and are always happy with our stay. Even during a fully booked weekend, the hotel operated smoothly with no overcrowding in the restaurant, swimming pool, and spa areas. The staff is friendly and the facilities are excellent, including the mineral water spa, comfortable rooms, and reliable Wi-Fi. We can't wait for our next visit to this amazing hotel.

I had a great time at Grand Hotel! The SPA facilities were fantastic, especially the adult-only zone. The massages were so relaxing and the big swimming pool was a refreshing escape. The location was also convenient and there were many good restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a large balcony and extra-large bed. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

Had a great New Year stay at a spa and resort hotel. Enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. The spa and jacuzzi were amazing. The staff made our stay comfortable and were friendly. The restaurants offered excellent food and drinks. The hotel was located in a beautiful place surrounded by mountains and offered stunning views from the rooms. The best part was the extra touches like slippers and bathrobes that were provided.

The coffee and tea area was a bit of a problem in terms of congestion. There were only a few coffee machines which didn't work properly.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The Spa & wellness center was luxurious with exclusive amenities, and the indoor swimming pool and sauna were exquisite. The staff provided exceptional service, making us feel pampered and relaxed. The massage and body scrub services were top-notch, leaving us feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. We enjoyed the live entertainment and the BBQ facilities were outstanding.

The outdoor swimming pool was closed during our stay, which was a minor disappointment.
