The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent service. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The on-site dining options were fantastic, with delicious food and a great atmosphere. We also took advantage of the spa and wellness center, which was a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly luxurious.

During my recent stay at Gasthof Lercher, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and maintenance of the property. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The highlight for me was the exquisite restaurant, where the food and service exceeded my expectations. The breakfast, enjoyed on the terrace with breathtaking views of the mountains, was a memorable experience. Although the building I stayed in was older, it added a charming touch to the overall atmosphere. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, such as hearing footsteps on the wooden floors and some mixed-up room bookings, these did not overshadow the positive aspects of my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, excellent dining options, and picturesque location.

The location of the hotel was ideal, walking distance to the town's main square and with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The staff was friendly and welcoming, offering a warm and cozy atmosphere during our new year stay. The breakfast spread was plentiful and fresh, with various options of hot and cold dishes.

Our stay was marred by some issues. The room we were given was not as expected, with old and outdated furnishings, and the heater wasn't working properly. We had to request for a change of room, but the only alternative provided was much smaller and darker. Also, we were disappointed that the hotel did not offer any special new year's eve celebration or party, despite being advertised as a festive time to visit. while the location and service were good, our room and lack of special celebration left us with a less than satisfactory experience.
