The room was clean and well-decorated, with comfortable beds that offered a good night’s sleep. The temperature control worked well, ensuring the room stayed cool. there was a musty smell that lingered throughout our stay. Noise from the elevators was distracting, emitting a loud humming sound that interrupted our sleep. The lack of a balcony in our king room was a letdown, and while the walk-in shower was lovely, the shower curtain setup felt outdated. We noticed the carpet had sticky spots, making it uncomfortable to walk barefoot.

I couldn't believe the noise! Cars were revving and racing outside all night, making it impossible to sleep. I complained multiple times, but nothing changed. Honestly, it ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing anniversary getaway.

From the moment I walked in, the fresh beach scent and spotless ambiance made me feel right at home! The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were a dream, perfect for soaking up the sun and unwinding. Plus, the staff treated us like family, making every meal a delight!

Convenient location for exploring Pigeon Forge

Margaritaville Island Inn offers a fantastic location just a short walk to the Island, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are clean and well-kept, and the on-site amenities, like the two pools, provide a relaxing retreat after a day of activities.

The kids enjoyed the warm indoor pool and the arcade games. Housekeeping was great and made sure our room was always clean and tidy.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but worth it for the experience.

We hit up The Island for some epic views from our balcony. The Smoky Mountain Wheel was lit! Plus, we felt like pirates with the swashbuckling fun on the ships and lagoon. So much shopping and food spots – just rad!

Location is fantastic, just a short walk to all the attractions. The bathroom door didn’t lock and there was no exhaust fan.

The staff are rock stars, super friendly and always ready to help. We loved the birthday surprise in our room and the breakfast options were a solid spread.

Perfect location. Super clean environment. The indoor pool is crystal clear, and the hot tub is a standout feature. Staff consistently exceeded expectations; they even retrieved my son's forgotten flip-flops from the pool area by reviewing video footage. Impressive. Complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise—good enough to keep us going back every morning. Loved the decor; it really smelled like vacation. The lobby offered coffee throughout the day, adding a welcoming touch. the room had some cleanliness issues. Mold, spider webs, and noisy surroundings made for a less-than-ideal sleep experience. The key pads were inconsistent, and basic room information was lacking. Attention to these details would elevate the experience from good to great.

The views from our private balcony were stunning, overlooking the 200 ft Smoky Mountain Wheel. We enjoyed exploring the fun shops, taking in the picturesque surroundings, and indulging in delicious meals at the wide variety of restaurants available. It was a perfect family-friendly destination for both relaxation and adventure!

For dads it would be great to have more kid-friendly dining options.

The scent of the beach greeted us as we entered, and the location was perfect, just steps from the Island. Indoor pool was a highlight, and the staff was incredibly friendly. our king room had a musty smell, and the bed left much to be desired. Breakfast lacked variety and warmth—waiting for juice refills was an inconvenience. Despite some hiccups, the clean, comfortable atmosphere and amazing access to Winterfest kept our spirits up. Still, I wished our room matched the charm the inn presented.

Being right next door to The Island, we could easily walk to so many attractions including awesome restaurants, shopping, and a beautiful water fountain show, and it was just a bridge away from even more fun, like Jurassic Jungle Boat Ride and Arcade City, plus the room itself was comfortable and very clean with a balcony overlooking the main road; however, while the staff were super friendly and eager to help, I wish the daily housekeeping was a little more thorough.
