We had a wonderful time staying at this luxurious hotel. The location near the mountain was perfect, as we could easily access the gondola to start our skiing adventures. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and their attention to detail in housekeeping was evident. Additionally, the airport shuttle service made our arrival and departure convenient and stress-free. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities, including a spa and wellness centre with a sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath. The sun terrace was a beautiful spot to relax and take in the stunning surroundings. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the staff was accommodating to dietary restrictions. our experience at this venue was extraordinary, and we would highly recommend it.

Spent a great Christmas holiday at a hotel in the mountain. Loved the cozy ambience and the Christmas decorations. The shuttle service to the slopes and the daily cleaning of the room were a plus. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The sauna facilities were perfect to unwind after a long day of skiing.

The price was quite steep, especially considering that the rooms were not soundproof and the noise from the road could be heard. , the Wi-Fi connection was not reliable at times.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and healthy, and we loved the warm welcome from the staff. The rooms had excellent mountain views, and the shuttle bus into town was convenient. Special shoutout to Sami, the star of breakfast, and the guys Tom and Adiriano who made our evenings enjoyable with their great conversation. As young families, we appreciated the friendly and personable staff who made our stay enjoyable.
