I had such a wonderful experience at this guesthouse. It truly felt like a home away from home. the staff, especially Anna, were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. the location is fantastic, with easy access to central Aberdeen and scenic riverside walks. the communal room was a great bonus, with facilities for making hot drinks and heating your own food. Despite being on a main road, I never had any issues with noise from traffic. the room itself was modern and cozy, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. the shared toilet and shower rooms were conveniently located right across from my room, and I never had to wait to use them. this guesthouse provided excellent value for money, and I would highly recommend it for both short and long-term stays.

I enjoyed the convenient location of this guesthouse. It was situated on a bus route, making it easy to get around the area. there were shops close by, which was convenient if I needed anything during my stay. Another advantage was the cleanliness of the guesthouse. The rooms were well-maintained and tidy, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment.

One of the main downsides of this guesthouse was the lack of dining options nearby. It was located further out of town, so there wasn't much in terms of restaurants or places to eat within walking distance.

my recent stay in aberdeen was made even more enjoyable by the excellent value for money provided by holburn guesthouse. the modern room had all the amenities i needed, including a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. the shared facilities were conveniently located and i never had to wait. the location was also great, with easy access to public transportation and shops nearby. overall, a fantastic experience.

It had all the necessary amenities including a small TV, functional window with blackout curtains, bedside cabinet, sink and bathroom cabinet with mirror. the wardrobe, desk with drawers, and desk chair provided ample storage and workspace. the shared toilet and shower rooms were conveniently located directly opposite the room. the first floor rooms were away from the stairwell, providing a quieter stay. the communal lounge and dining area were great additions, with facilities for making beverages and heating your own food. Anna, the host, was very helpful and welcoming, making me feel right at home. the location was excellent with easy access to central Aberdeen and riverside walks. Despite being along a main road, I had no issues with noise.

Stayed at this cozy place with a lovely garden and free parking. The shared lounge was great for. well, sharing. Continental breakfast was delicious! And the location was perfect, except for the inconvenience of a road closure outside.

Nothing to complain about, everything was just perfect!

The landlady was efficient and lovely, providing ample storage in the sunny, light room. A washbasin in the room was convenient, and the free wifi was a bonus. Breakfast consisted of cereal, toast, juice, tea, and coffee, and the shared lounge was a nice touch.
