We felt very welcome when we arrived at the hotel, as the fire station gave a warm feeling and the receptionists were very friendly. The hotel is located very close to the cable car, which was very convenient and time-saving for us. The ski shop in the basement provided us with all the ski equipment we needed. After our amazing skiing experience, we went to relax in the spa and enjoyed the great outdoor pool together with some refreshments. The food and service at dinner were both very good, and I especially liked the aquarium in the middle of the restaurant. Visiting Madlein was the right choice, and we recommend it if you are planning a skiing trip!

The food was excellent and there was a great selection of drinks to enjoy after a long day on the slopes. The location was perfect, right next to the main ski lift and close to a lot of local amenities. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept well every night.

The outdoor pool was too cold to use and we couldn't enjoy it like we wanted to. The rooms could have been better maintained and updated as they seemed a bit old fashioned and dated.
