I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a great bathroom and bath. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of continental and cooked options. The location was excellent, right next to a shopping center and only a few minutes from the city center by underground. I highly recommend this hotel.

just had an amazing stay in vienna! this hotel was perfect - luxurious rooms, friendly staff , delicious food, and even an onsite bakery and sauna. everything we expected from a 5-star hotel. can't wait to come back!

The hotel was very conveniently located, making it easy for us to explore the city center and visit all the major attractions. the room we stayed in was clean and spacious, providing us with a comfortable and cozy environment to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. the breakfast at the hotel was delicious and offered a wide range of options to choose from.

It was quite inconvenient for us as we had multiple devices that needed to be charged. Another downside was the absence of tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

The hotel had an excellent location; it was conveniently located near many shops and museums. the staff was polite and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was exceptional. the room was also quite comfortable and had all the usual amenities. the hotel offered complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby, which was a nice touch.

The room did not come equipped with coffee or tea-making facilities. the Wi-Fi was very slow and expensive to use in the room.

Our stay at the hotel was incredible. The hotel had impeccable presentation and a chic vibe. We loved being able to relax in the spa facilities and unwind after a long day of exploring. The location of the property was perfect, with a subway station right next to it and all the attractions within walking distance. The staff, especially Nora, were excellent and provided great recommendations. Highly recommended for couples and small families.

We stayed at this place for a weekend getaway and it was a fantastic experience. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the main shopping street, with easy access to the metro stop that takes you directly into the old town. The hotel staff, from receptionists to cleaners to bar staff to waiters, were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for including a sitting area, terrace, and in-room safe. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the dining restaurant, which had a wide variety of options to choose from. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was chic and stylish, with a great attention to detail and design.
