The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and attentive. They provided great advice on places to visit in the city and even offered me a late check-in and storage for my luggage after I checked out. The complimentary breakfast was a great addition and the location, close to the center of the city, allowed me to easily explore popular restaurants and shopping areas.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel situated in a bustling area of the city. The location is perfect, with easy access to the city center and some great spots to explore nearby. The room was spacious, immaculate, and comfortable with everything that we needed. The staff was friendly and made us feel truly taken care of during our stay. Moreover, breakfast was of high quality with yummy pancakes and omelets served fresh. a fantastic experience we won't soon forget.

There was no mirror in our room, but we made do by using the one in the bathroom.

The hotel has a bright and spacious lobby, clean rooms with comfortable beds. There is a kettle, coffee & tea provided in the room, along with a new fridge, bottled water, and disposable bedroom slippers. The room is quiet with a well-functioning AC. The floors look fresh and new, without dirty carpets. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the cleanliness level exceeds expectations. The hotel also offers a great breakfast with plenty of choices, including made-to-order eggs and pancakes.

I had a fantastic stay at New Merryland! The hotel is in a great location, close to downtown and within walking distance of various restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The staff was attentive and constantly seeking feedback for improvement. The breakfast spread was plentiful and delicious, and the option to have freshly made pancakes and omelettes was a nice touch. The room was clean and the hotel had a premium look and feel. They even arranged a taxi transfer to the airport for us. The WiFi was also reliable. Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

Amazing hospitality! I was given a free upgrade to a bigger room. The breakfast was lovely with an omelette station. Tea, coffee, and water were provided in the room daily. I highly recommend this hotel.

My Thanksgiving stay just got better! the rooms were clean and the staff was welcoming. They offered us a free breakfast which included pancakes and omelettes made to order. the hotel had an excellent location, just a short walk from the bus terminal and attractions.

The rooms had no view, but that made for a great sleeping experience instead.
