We had an extraordinary experience at a hotel with a perfect location. the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. the towels were soft and the staff at the reception were nice and welcoming. the view of St Stephansdom was amazing and there were fantastic restaurants and public transport nearby. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and they spoke English. the rooms were beautiful, clean, new, and comfortable. They had the best facilities and even provided welcoming wine in the room.

We had the best time at Leo Grand! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to everything. Our room was beautifully decorated and had all the modern amenities we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even leaving a thoughtful surprise for my partner's birthday. We enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurant and the bar had a great vibe. we had a memorable experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Not obvious to find.

The hotel is located right in the center of the tourist area, making it easy to explore all the attractions. The facility is outstanding, with a beautiful remodel and a high standard of cleanliness. The staff is friendly and accommodating, allowing for late check out to suit our time change. The rooms are curated beautifully, with great facilities and super comfortable beds. The bar has a great vibe and serves brilliant cocktails.

The software system for guest food orders was a bit chaotic.

The Leo Grand in Vienna exceeded all expectations! The impeccable location, beautiful refurbishment of an old palace, and attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel made our stay truly special. The staff, particularly Melina and Julianna, were phenomenal and provided excellent service. The room was luxurious, spacious, and well-equipped with a king-size bed, espresso machine, and lovely bathroom amenities. The hotel's cleanliness and the helpfulness of the front desk and housekeeping staff were outstanding.

We recently had a great Thanksgiving vacation and two aspects of our stay really made it memorable. First, the complimentary treats left in our room were a sweet surprise and made us feel welcome. Second, the location was unbeatable – we were just a few steps away from the major attractions and shopping areas. our room was spacious and had fantastic views.

There were a few things that could have been improved. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast could have been better organized as some items were missing and it was not clear what was included.

The location near St Stephen's Cathedral is incredible. The hotel has beautiful design, luxury comfort, and friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The renovated property is excellent. The manager is helpful and goes above and beyond to assist with recommendations and reservations.

The room at Leo Grand was absolutely stunning! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the elegant decor and luxurious furnishings. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the spacious bathroom had a beautiful bathtub and separate shower. I loved the added touches like the espresso machine and teapot, as well as the fluffy robes provided. The attention to detail in every aspect of the room was truly impressive.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of luxury amenities and service. the staff was attentive and accommodating, making us feel welcome from check, in to check, out. the room advantages were undeniable, with beautiful decor and comfortable bedding. We loved the restaurant and bar/lounge area, which served delicious cuisine and refreshing drinks. In, room breakfast was also a highlight, with a variety of options and prompt delivery.

Although the location advantages were convenient, our room lacked a view and had limited natural lighting. the temperature control system was complicated and no instructions were provided, resulting in a slightly uncomfortable sleep.
