I had an amazing stay at Riverside Hot Springs Inn & Spa. The personal hot springs were a highlight of my trip, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The person who checked us in was incredibly helpful, especially since my mother was in a wheelchair. The location and features of the hotel were also very good, with private hot spring pools available and excellent food in the restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable, with effective heating and cooling.

Although the bed was comfortable, the pillows were quite unsupportive and caused some discomfort. Additionally, there were areas of the property that were in need of renovation and basic repair.

I recently stayed at this wonderful inn for 2 nights and it was a fantastic experience. The location in this quaint town is fantastic, with a fascinating history to explore. The hot pools available for guests to reserve in 30-minute increments were fabulous. The staff and facilities were terrific, with a beautiful old lobby and modern amenities. The bathroom in my room was lovely, with an excellent shower and beautiful hardware. The hot springs tubs on the ground floor were spotlessly clean and beautifully tiled. The restaurant was very good, with a talented chef and a well-stocked bar. The adult-only establishment ensured a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast the following morning was excellent, with a variety of delicious options. The photographs scattered around the inn were amazing, telling the story of the building over the years. And lastly, the porch outside the lobby offered a serene place to sit and enjoy the view of the nearby river.

I do recommend this hotel.

The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a variety of tasty options to choose from. Additionally, the meal we had at the on-site restaurant for dinner was also very enjoyable. the location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the town, making it easy to walk to the nearby attractions and amenities.

The bed in our room was quite uncomfortable and smaller than expected. the cleaning staff also failed to clean our room and provide fresh towels during our stay.

We loved the historic charm of the hotel, as well as the clean and functional rooms. The private hot tubs, especially the one on the outside deck, were incredibly relaxing and well-maintained. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. As guests with children, we appreciated the dog-friendly atmosphere, with the dogs being greeted and treated with love. The peacefulness of the 18+ hotel was a bonus, and we appreciated the availability of ice water and cups throughout the property.

Felt completely relaxed, no complaints at all.

The hotel was excellent value for money - we got so much for what we paid! The staff were super helpful and the location was perfect, right by the river which meant we could go tubing! Our room was cozy and recently renovated, with trees outside the window.

We loved the rustic charm of the inn and the cozy feel of the rooms. The woodwork and cozy furniture added to the overall charm. The library was a favorite spot with nice furniture. The photographs scattered around the inn provided a glimpse into its history. The porch overlooking the river was a perfect place to relax. The hot springs tubs were spotlessly clean and beautifully tiled, creating a private paradise. The restaurant offered a sophisticated menu with excellent food, and the bar was well-stocked with a bartender who made a mean dry martini. The breakfast was outstanding, with fresh and locally made options like kielbasa en croute and delicious coffee.

I recently stayed at this charming hotel for a weekend getaway. The staff and facilities were terrific, and I have no complaints. Liz, Kathy, and the rest of the team were very friendly and helpful. The old lobby had a wonderful ambiance that added to the overall charm of the place. The restaurant and bar provided excellent service, and the roast duck I ordered was perfectly prepared. The hotel was clean and well-organized, which I appreciated. a very good experience!

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right by the river. It makes for a great spot to enjoy some fun tubing activities or simply admire the beautiful surroundings. The staff at this hotel is very attentive and provides excellent service. They go out of their way to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay. The rooms on the third floor were cozy and comfortable. I particularly liked that the bathrooms had been recently renovated, adding a touch of modernity to the overall ambiance. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast, a great way to start the day and fuel up for all the adventures that await.

The only downside was the noisy cobbled together AC unit in the room on the second floor. It could be a bit bothersome for light sleepers.

Great getaway, clean and comfortable rooms, on-site mineral baths, amazing breakfast selection, friendly and cautious staff, beautiful location.

We loved the clean and comfortable room with its charming decor. The shower had great pressure and the newly remodeled bathroom was a nice touch. The private tubs were incredibly convenient, and we especially enjoyed Tub #3. The restaurant downstairs served absolutely delicious food, and the staff, especially Jacqueline, was delightful. The atmosphere in the dining area was great, and we couldn't get enough of the fabulous coffee. The hotel's location right by the river was perfect for fun tubing, and it was also near everything in this city.
