The location of the hotel is perfect, with supermarkets, the Tux cable car, and the Finkenberg ski lift all nearby. The rooms are spacious and offer a great view from the balcony. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet is rich and delicious, and the wellness area is a perfect place to relax after a day of skiing.

There were some flies in the room and around the hotel, which could be a bit annoying at times.

As women traveling alone, we loved the warm welcome from Clements and the helpfulness of Ethel. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and even sorted out our ski hire. The breakfast selection was incredible and included local additions. Great value for money!

The Austrian hospitality and atmosphere made me feel right at home. The highlight was being able to explore the beautiful surroundings through hiking and cycling.

The location of the hotel was perfect. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding mountains on our Christmas holiday. the hotel offered a great breakfast variety and clean and well-maintained rooms for us to relax in.

the transportation was not very reliable, and sometimes the buses were infrequent. we found that the local restaurants and bars were sometimes difficult to access and were not very welcoming to guests from other hotels.
