The hotel offered spacious and clean rooms, with high ceilings and comfortable beds. The location was perfect, close to the metro, trams, Opera, and Stephansplatz. We enjoyed exploring the area, trying different restaurants, and visiting gift shops. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a variety of drinks, bread, meat, and cheese options.

We felt completely satisfied and had nothing to complain about. The staff was accommodating and consistently nice throughout our stay.

The hotel is housed in a historic building in a central location, right across from a landmark building. It's conveniently close to the underground station and the majestic Stephansdom cathedral. Breakfast is decent and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very conveniently located, right in the heart of the city, close to transportation stops, and there were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. the beds were super comfortable and the room was sparkling clean, making it a pleasure to sleep and spend time there.

We had difficulty connecting our devices to the Wi-Fi network, and the signal was very weak. Although we were told that it was not the hotel's fault, several other guests had the same issue.
