We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel in the Ötztal area. The location was perfect, nestled in the stunning mountains and only a short walk to the Aqua Dome. The hotel provided us with brochures and a map, helping us to plan our hiking and alpine sports adventures. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, even allowing our two German Shepherd dogs to stay with us. The junior suite we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing ample room for us and our furry friends. We also enjoyed the on-site spa and pool, which were clean and inviting. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh products and the meal service overall was good. We felt truly pampered during our time here.

We spent New Year's Eve in this hotel and enjoyed the festive atmosphere created by the staff. the firework display was spectacular and we appreciated the complimentary champagne. the room was cozy and warm, and the bed was comfortable enough to rest after the party. the breakfast had a good variety of fresh pastries and fruits, and the coffee was decent. the ski slopes were a short walk away, a real convenience to start the day early and avoid the queues at the cable cars.

The room we booked was smaller than expected, and the lack of space made us feel cramped. the TV only had a few channels, and the Wi-Fi signal was weak.
