During our stay at Hotel Sacher, we encountered a small issue with the cold tap water in our room. However, the hotel's quick response and efficient repair guy resolved the problem promptly. We were impressed with their responsiveness, especially considering it was a Saturday evening.

Although the breakfast options were not very diversified, everything served was fresh and tasty. We were also provided with a cot for our two kids, and the room had a sofa for added comfort.

The hotel provided a romantic escape that exceeded my expectations. the room was spacious, clean and well-decorated. the location was perfect for a calm and peaceful stay. the view from the room was breathtaking and added to the overall experience. the staff was polite and helpful. the breakfast was exceptional and had a variety of options to choose from.

One of the downsides of my stay was the late check-in process. It was quite confusing and took longer than I had expected.

We loved the location of this hotel, nestled near a beautiful park. It provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing stay. The room was comfortable, with a great view of the old castle ruins. The friendly and helpful staff made our experience even better. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including vegetarian choices. Plus, the hotel offered free bike rental, allowing us to explore the nearby countryside easily.

The mattresses were too soft and lacked back support.
