During my Easter vacation, I had a great time at this hotel. the rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, with stunning views from the balcony. the food was delicious, with a wide variety of choices, and it was obvious that they put in a lot of effort to cater to different dietary needs. I also enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a pool and a beach, providing two great options for guests to relax at. the location was perfect, as it was close to the town center, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet even during peak season.

I did have a few complaints. some of the staff didn't speak English very well, which made communication a bit of a challenge.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel, which provided us with luxurious amenities and a wonderful Spa & wellness center. the sauna was exceptional, as well as the swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool, where we could easily access the beach. the restaurant offered a variety of delicious meals for dinner and lunch, while their poolside snack bar was a perfect spot to enjoy our drinks and snacks. Entertainment-wise, we enjoyed the live shows, and the night club was great for those who wanted to experience a fun night out.

That the manicure service was quite pricey, and we didn't feel like it was worth it. everything else was well worth the cost as the hotel exceeded our expectations.

The hotel's staff is extremely kind and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms offer a wonderful view of the surroundings, and the design feels fresh and modern. the all-inclusive food selection is amazing, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from.

The hotel could benefit from offering a shuttle bus service to the city center for guests' convenience.
