During our Easter holiday, we had a great stay. The breakfast buffet was abundant and offered a variety of choices. We especially enjoyed the local cheese and the freshly baked pastries. The pool area was clean and well maintained, and we appreciated having the sauna and hydromassage after a long day on the slopes. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the ski lift and surrounded by gorgeous mountain views.

The dinner experience was not as good as we had hoped. The restaurant staff seemed understaffed, and the service was slow and sometimes forgetful. Although the menu was interesting, the execution was inconsistent, and the food was not always as tasty as we had anticipated. Additionally, the hotel was undergoing some construction during our stay, which detracted from the overall ambiance of the property.

The customer service at Hotel Sonnalp was outstanding. We were always greeted with helpful and attentive staff who made our stay very comfortable. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. The pool, sauna, and steam room were a great way to relax after a day of skiing. The shuttle bus service to the closest ski lift in the mornings was convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel for a mid-priced ski vacation.

The only drawbacks were the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms and the small size of the pool. Additionally, it would be nice if the sauna opened earlier to accommodate guests who have dinner reservations later in the evening.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. the location was perfect as it was right at the slopes, making it incredibly convenient for us to ski in and out without any hassle. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were always attentive, helpful, and had a genuine smile on their faces. It made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our entire stay. Lastly, the hotel's amenities were top-notch. From the beautiful indoor swimming pool to the well-maintained spa and wellness center, we were able to relax and unwind after a long day on the slopes.

We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends. The location, service, and amenities offered here truly enhance the comfort and quality of our stay.

We stayed at Sonnalp for a week-long ski trip. The customer service was outstanding, always helpful and attentive. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean, as were all the facilities. The breakfast was excellent, with plentiful, varied and fresh options. The hotel is pet-friendly, and they even organized a wine tasting evening with a 6-course menu. an excellent choice for a mid-priced hotel.
