Helpful staff, quick room preparation, comfortable bed, and efficient air-conditioning. Cold drinks provided on arrival and luggage storage offered for late checkout. Well-maintained motel with convenient location and nearby amenities. Clean rooms with cooking and laundry facilities. Will return for future stays.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to shops, a petrol station, and a supermarket. It was also close to the railway line, providing convenient transportation options. The room itself was clean and well-presented, offering a comfortable stay. The staff were accommodating and friendly. Although there were a few minor housekeeping issues, overall, it was a pleasant experience. However, the receptionist could have been more welcoming.

The lady at the desk needs to be more welcoming and inviting.

Perfect Stay for Easter Getaway

Stayed at a motor lodge for Easter and it exceeded expectations. Conveniently located near a major supermarket and impressive restaurants were just around the corner. The staff was welcoming, responsive, and always glad to help, which added to the overall experience. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the air conditioning was exceptional. The free unlimited wifi was a plus since we were able to browse the web with ease.

One of the beds had wheels, which made it difficult for disabled people to navigate. there were inconsiderate guests who were speaking loudly during wee hours, which kept us awake for some time.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in Hastings. The location was perfect for exploring the area, as it was right in the center of everything. We were able to easily access shops, supermarkets, and small shops nearby. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The room itself was spacious and well-presented, with comfortable beds and excellent cleanliness. We were impressed by the range of amenities available, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also had a lovely garden area with outdoor dining facilities, which was perfect for enjoying breakfast or a leisurely BBQ.

We highly recommend this hotel to our friends.
