I recently had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, directly on the ski slope. It made getting on the slopes so convenient and hassle-free. Another great feature was the hotel's ski pass vendor and ski equipment hire service. I was able to get everything I needed to hit the slopes right here at the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I even received a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The room itself was top-notch, with amenities like a mini-bar, flat-screen TV, and a terrace with stunning garden views. The attention to detail and the comfort of the room made me feel truly pampered. The hotel also offers a range of leisure facilities, including a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. Despite the new year's hype and the great location for ski lovers, the hotel left much to be desired. the breakfast was good and varied, and the sauna and hot tub were functional and relaxing. the location next to the ski rental shop was convenient and allowed us to rent all the equipment we needed.

The hotel offered little else besides these minimal amenities. the rooms were cramped and poorly insulated, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The room was immaculately clean with great furniture and a spacious terrace. The view was breathtaking and the atmosphere was peaceful. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff, especially Daria, were friendly and attentive. The hotel had a small spa area and convenient facilities for ski equipment.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The location right next to the ski slope made it so easy to ski in and out. The recently renovated bathroom in my room was huge and luxurious. I also loved the small spa area in the hotel, perfect for relaxation. The staff, especially Zdenek, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of smoked salmon, ham, cereals, and donuts for the kids. And the sauna was just the right size for a small group of people.

While the restaurant had a limited menu with only pizza, spaghetti, and Caesar salad, I didn't mind because I had the chance to explore other dining options. Additionally, it would have been nice to have a map of the area for tracking, hiking, or skiing places.
