Friendly staff, delicious food, beautiful views, clean rooms, convenient location.

The hotel had great food and drinks. the location was also great, as it was nestled in the hills and provided a beautiful view. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the location was quite far from the city center and we had to rely on public transportation or taxis to get around, which was an inconvenience.

Friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, delicious dinners, immaculate rooms and bathrooms, easy parking and ski storage.

The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also provides facilities such as a ski/bike room and a spa area for guests to enjoy.

The limited bus transportation can be a downside, especially during low season when the bus schedule is infrequent.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with a short 5-minute drive to the lifts on the different mountains. The food served was delicious, offering a variety of Austrian dishes. The hotel also had a good-sized boot/ski room and enough parking available.
