The staff at Tirolerhof 4 Sterne Superior were incredibly helpful and friendly. When I needed information about nearby grocery stores on a holiday, they went out of their way to find the answer for me. The room was cozy, clean, and had excellent water pressure in the showers. Although there was no mini-fridge, the comfortable bed made up for it. The relaxation rooms and outdoor pool with a jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding, even in the snow. The owners, Mrs. Marie and Mr. Joggl, were lovely and their positive energy could be felt throughout the hotel. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious, and the spa was top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay.

The hotel had a beautiful and modern facility with a state-of-the-art gym and a heated outdoor pool that was a delight to use after a long day exploring the area. the location of the hotel was perfect! It was located near a bus stop which made it convenient to get around, also it was a short walk to the main attractions. the staff was extremely helpful and greeted us with a warm welcome upon arrival.

The soundproofing was not the best, we could hear the street noise and guest noises in the hallways quite easily. the breakfast served did not have many options and did not offer a gluten-free option, which wasn't ideal for guests with dietary restrictions.
