I had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a breathtaking view of the lake. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a perfect holiday. The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of top-quality bio products, many of which were homemade. The hotel's commitment to sustainability is admirable, and I appreciated their attention to ecological actions. The 8 saunas and pool were immaculate and provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I also loved the creative design and décor of the hotel, with unique touches like a wall filled with dog photos and books and cool objects scattered throughout. I had an unforgettable experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Over easter, I had the chance to stay at a hotel in the Austrian Alps. The breakfast was above average, offering fresh and local products. the view from the balcony was breathtaking and the location was perfect for skiing and hiking. To top it off, the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Some aspects of the hotel were very frustrating. The reception was closed at odd times and we ended up waiting for a while to check-in.
