We loved our stay at this place! The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot and we enjoyed a welcome drink upon arrival. The room was amazing with modern amenities like heating and free Wi-Fi, and the staff was always on hand to help with tours and tickets. We were pleasantly surprised by the charming and historic ambiance of the hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions in the city. Our upgraded room was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast spread was delicious and the dining room had a lovely view. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Salzburg.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the downtown area. You'll be just steps away from the Mozart statue and all the central activities in Old Salzburg. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with well-equipped bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist you. The breakfast is delicious and filling, offering a wide variety of options. The hotel also provides great facilities and room advantages, such as in-room safes and extra pillows upon request.

The wifi connection can be unreliable at times, with intermittent disruptions.

our stay at the family-run hotel was exceptional. the cozy room felt like a castle, and the staff's warm welcome made us feel at home. the central location allowed us to easily explore the city's major attractions, and the delicious breakfast was a highlight of our trip. thank you!

Christmas was a nice time to be in this hotel. They gave us complementary sweets and mulled wine, which was a nice touch. the hotel is located in the heart of the city, so it was easy to walk around and see the sights. We also enjoyed the free wifi, which was a great way to keep in touch with our family who couldn't be with us.

The hotel needs to improve their heating system. Our room was extremely cold and we had to request extra blankets.
