The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the downtown area. You'll be just steps away from the Mozart statue and all the central activities in Old Salzburg. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with well-equipped bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist you. The breakfast is delicious and filling, offering a wide variety of options. The hotel also provides great facilities and room advantages, such as in-room safes and extra pillows upon request.

The wifi connection can be unreliable at times, with intermittent disruptions.

Christmas was a nice time to be in this hotel. They gave us complementary sweets and mulled wine, which was a nice touch. the hotel is located in the heart of the city, so it was easy to walk around and see the sights. We also enjoyed the free wifi, which was a great way to keep in touch with our family who couldn't be with us.

The hotel needs to improve their heating system. Our room was extremely cold and we had to request extra blankets.
