The hotel is in a perfect place, close to the ski lifts and right next to a restaurant where you can still smell the smoke. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff provided good service and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel also had a nice spa and a shuttle service to Ischgl.

The hotel lacked staff at times, which made it difficult to get assistance.

Excellent wellness facilities - a great place to relax after a day of skiing. The staff at the ski depot went above and beyond to help us find the right gear. The breakfast provided was delicious and the morning staff at the restaurant were outstanding. I would recommend this hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel provides a luxurious and exclusive ambiance to its patrons. the spa and wellness center features a full range of therapies, including full body massages, facial treatments, and Turkish bath, among others. the indoor swimming pool and steam room are spacious, and the heated swimming pool has comfortable sun loungers where guests can unwind.

We had a minor issue with the coffee/tea in the lobby, which didn't have a wide variety of options. Nonetheless, this does not detract from the quality and exceptional service that the hotel provides.

The location was perfect for skiing with easy access to slopes, and rental equipment available right in the hotel. the breakfast was outstanding, with ample options and high quality food. the spa was a highlight of our stay and made for a relaxing retreat after a day on the mountain.

The hotel allowed smoking in common areas, which made the whole area smoky and uncomfortable. the hotel didn't seem to cater to families with young children, although staff members were helpful and accommodating.

My partner and I had an amazing stay at Hotel Zhero in Kappl! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering us a refreshing drink upon arrival. The design of the hotel was beautiful and cozy, with stylish interiors that created a lovely atmosphere. The breakfast spread was delicious, and their cappuccino was particularly noteworthy. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa area, which provided a relaxing experience, and it was a nice touch to have tea and water available at all times. The hotel even surprised me with a Prosecco and fruit plate for my birthday. We also appreciated the well-selected and quality ski and snowboard equipment available for rent. The free ski shuttle service was convenient and saved us from having to use our car. our experience at Hotel Zhero was fantastic, and we can't wait to return!

We had a fantastic stay at Zhero - Ischgl/Kappl. the hotel's unique design created a relaxing and enjoyable ambiance. the rooms were stunning with a classic and exclusive interior. the breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of options, including many vegan choices. the restaurant served the best gourmet meal we have ever had, with the chef creating a perfect 5-course vegan menu. the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, especially the sommelier who was an expert. the spa facilities were top-notch, with saunas, massages, and a hot pool that left no wishes unfulfilled. it was a great place to spend a night or two during a road trip with friends.

The Zhero Hotel in Kappl is a truly unique experience. The cozy design and comfortable rooms make for a great stay. The live lounge music performances every evening add an original touch to the relaxed ambiance. The restaurant serves excellent beef dishes, and the staff members are all wonderful, providing a top-notch service. The trendy and well-designed hotel bar with an open fire creates a great holiday atmosphere. The large and modern spa is perfect for relaxation, with a relaxation room featuring an open fire. The shuttle service is a nice bonus, making it easy to reach the ski slopes despite the hotel being located 7 km away. The breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh food and fruits. a truly delightful experience.
