We had a really lovely stay at this place. The owner was very welcoming and provided us with valuable local information which was very helpful. The room was nicely decorated and perfect for our holiday stay. It was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely. The location in the center of the town was great, and we enjoyed walking around and exploring. The fact that the park is just opposite the property was a nice bonus. we had a fantastic experience here and would definitely come back.

We had an amazing romantic escape at this charming guest house. The rooms were spacious and tidy, providing us with all the comfort we needed. We loved the fact that it was located close to the seafront and within walking distance of the main strip of bars and restaurants. The hospitality of the hosts was outstanding, making us feel right at home.

Breakfast was not provided during our stay, but the hosts were kind enough to recommend some great places to eat nearby. the Wi-Fi signal in the rooms was quite weak, which was a bit inconvenient.

The location of this guest house is ideal, with plenty of parking options available even outside of the summer season. It is close to the beach, in the town center, and conveniently located in the center of Paignton.

The bathroom in the king room was quite small, making it difficult to dry ourselves and perform basic tasks like brushing teeth.
