The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town, just a short walk away from the city center and the Planai station. Guests can easily access the amenities and the ski lifts. The rooms are spacious and warm, offering wonderful views of the church and the surrounding area. The staff is friendly and speaks excellent English.

The sound insulation between rooms is poor, as you can hear people talking in the adjacent room at night.

The hotel tends to 'close down' in the evenings, so guests may need to go out into the town to find a place for an evening drink.

There were food options that did not suit our needs. As vegetarians, we found it difficult to find a variety of dishes to suit our tastes.
