They were accommodating when we requested a larger room and it was given to us with a smile. The hotel is conveniently located, only a 5-minute drive to town and 25 minutes to Waterford town and shops.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Kilkenny. The hotel was very comfortable, with nice rooms and bathrooms. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, especially the reception staff. They even allowed us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel's location was also convenient, not far from the city center. We found the pool facilities to be excellent, and the breakfast selection was good. Additionally, the hotel had a nice relaxed atmosphere, with comfy sofas to lounge on.

During my stay at Springhill Court Hotel, I had a minor issue with the breakfast queue being jumped by other guests. However, the waitress promptly addressed my concern and even offered to bring breakfast directly to our room for my husband and children. I was impressed by her professionalism and how she handled the situation. The staff overall were great, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the playground for kids and the well-organized pool, were also highlights. Lastly, the location was convenient for exploring the area.
