The hotel is conveniently located for ski resorts, only a short distance from the cafeteria. It also provides easy access to hiking around Bad Aussee and is a short stroll down to the shops. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a larger than normal bathroom. The staff is helpful and pleasant, providing great service. The breakfast is delicious with a nice selection. the hotel offers secure storage for bicycles.

The hotel lacks cosiness and atmosphere, feeling more like a dormitory.

During my xmas stay at this hotel, I was pleased with the free parking provided and the friendliness of the staff. The location was convenient as it was close to area attractions and transportation. the buffet had a good selection of hot and cold foods that provided variety for breakfast.

There were some elements that could be improved. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell that was not addressed during my stay.
