We had a fantastic family break in the mountains at a beautiful hotel. The room was spacious, the breakfast was delicious, and the Steinberg restaurant was fantastic. The swimming pools were great, although the outdoor one was a little chilly. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful mountain getaway.

Had a great xmas stay. Enjoyed the festive atmosphere and the well-decorated lobby. The location was perfect for skiing, only a few minutes walk from the slopes, and had beautiful mountain views from the room. We appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to nearby sights.

The breakfast buffet lacked vegan options. The glass doors in the bathroom were hazardous for children and the pillows were uncomfortable.

Excellent location, beautiful spa and outstanding service. VIP tickets for a tournament were given for free. Room service and spa were exceptional. Kids club was ideal.

As youngsters, we loved the incredible spa facilities and the convenience of having a ski slope right next to the hotel. It was perfect for beginners like us and made learning skiing a breeze!

Nothing to fault.

This hotel is in a great location, right next to the slope, making it perfect for beginners. It is also conveniently connected to the Kitzbühel ski area. The rooms are immaculate with comfortable beds and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The spa and pool area is a fantastic way to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing or skiing.

Some guests have mentioned inconsistent service levels, with a few instances of unprofessional behavior from staff.

The hotel offers exclusive and luxurious amenities such as a beautiful indoor swimming pool, excellent Spa & wellness centre, and a relaxing sauna. We enjoyed the full body massage and the beauty treatments, which left us feeling rejuvenated. The sun terrace area provided a stunning view of the mountains and was a great place to relax. Additionally, the restaurant offers delicious breakfast and dinner options with superb service.

The hotel location is a bit secluded and makes it challenging to explore the nearby city center, but it’s still accessible via a 15-minute car ride. The shuttle and transfer services were unfortunately unavailable during our stay.
