During our romantic escape, we absolutely loved the stunning balcony with breathtaking mountain views. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a glass of wine together. Another highlight was the spa experience; the clean and elegant facilities provided ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation. the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to cable car rides and plenty of walking and hiking trails to explore. We also appreciated receiving a free Joker Card, which gave us access to public transport, parking, and cable cars in the area.

The lack of local amenities near the hotel. Without a car, it became a logistical challenge to find nearby shops or restaurants.

We had a pleasant stay during Christmas time. the spa was an excellent facility, and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful. the location was convenient to cable car rides and walking opportunities. We also appreciated the free transportation and parking offered in the area.

The kitchenette lacked some essential items such as a kettle, microwave, covers for dishes, dish soap, and a mop. These would have been helpful during our eight-night stay, especially considering the cost.

We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ski lift. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a sitting area and terrace. The spa facilities were top-notch, with a sauna and swimming pool. The sun terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy the stunning views. we were impressed with the quality of this hotel and would definitely recommend it to friends.

We would highly recommend this place to our friends.
