The hotel had a great location, close to public transportation and within walking distance of popular shopping areas. the rooms were clean and the staff was helpful when we had issues with the heating. They provided extra blankets and even an external heater to ensure our comfort.

The room was a bit small and the lighting was not ideal. the doors slammed shut loudly, which was disruptive at night.

my recent stay in vienna was absolutely delightful. as i strolled around the city, i found leonardo to be the perfect base for exploring. the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices, and the staff's attentiveness made the experience even better.
