I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in lovely Erbil. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a beautiful outdoor pool and plenty of lounge seating. The Club Rotana was a great option for staying onsite, with delicious finger food and a variety of drinks. The suite room was huge and had a beautiful layout, making it incredibly comfortable. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options and attentive waiters. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the housekeeping staff took great care of the property.

There are plenty of entertainment options such as a gym, bar, swimming pool, massage services, and a business center. The hotel also offers three different restaurants with delicious food. The location is great, situated in front of a huge park, offering a pleasant view from your window. the hotel provides top-notch services with a smile and without breaking the budget.

Great food options, with complimentary amenities such as breakfast and Wi-Fi. Centrally located in a convenient spot that makes it easy to explore the city. Lovely staff that provided great customer service and made our stay as comfortable as possible.

Although the food was amazing, the price value did not align with the quality of the food. the décor of the hotel could be improved, as it felt outdated and in need of renovation.

The breakfast offers various options and attentive waiters. The public areas are clean and well-maintained. The 12th floor Club rooms are comfortable and well-kept by the housekeeping staff. The Club Lounge, particularly Ms. Marah, provides excellent service. a pleasant place to stay with great amenities.

The hotel had an outstanding location, only 6 minutes away from the airport, and the ambiance was fantastic compared to the surrounding area. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, especially Rayanne and Marah from the Service Desk Team. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast served was excellent with a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the nice bar in the lobby area, where we could relax with a drink and enjoy the live Cuban band.

This hotel was a great choice for our romantic escape. the room was clean and comfortable, providing us with a cozy and intimate atmosphere. the location was convenient, as we were able to walk to nearby restaurants for a romantic dinner. We also enjoyed the excellent service provided by the staff, who were friendly and efficient.

One thing that could be improved is the mattress comfort. It was a bit too firm for our liking, which made it slightly uncomfortable for a good night's sleep.

The room I stayed in was very comfortable and had all the essential amenities I needed. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. The hotel also had great facilities, including a gym, swimming pool, and business center. The view from my window was beautiful, overlooking a green area.

Although everything was great during my stay, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit unreliable at times.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, everything looked fresh and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the outdoor pool which was a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Ryanne who always had a smile on her face and made me feel welcome. The location was fantastic, conveniently situated near Basilico's authentic Italian restaurant, where Chef Luca and his team served delicious dishes.
