the location was great, with easy access to good restaurants and the city center. the underground garage was a convenient feature, ensuring that our car stayed protected from the elements. the staff at the hotel, especially Zisis Balatsoukas and another Asian girl, were excellent and took good care of us. the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Parking was easy and reasonably priced, and the hotel provided tea and coffee facilities in the room. the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the room pleasant.

It was just a 10-15 minute walk to the city center, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with interesting decor. The bathrooms were also very nice, and the hotel facilities were great. I particularly enjoyed the tasty food from the restaurant.

Nothing, no complaints at all. The only minor issue was the rubber sheet under the bottom bed sheet, which made the bed a bit hot.

Easy check-in with extra-friendly front desk staff. We especially appreciated their assistance in resolving a mistake with room service and the bill. the concierge was also very nice and helpful. Plenty of parking spaces available.
