We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally nice and greeted us by name upon arrival. They even saved a dinner for us when the kitchen was closed, without us asking. Our room on the top floor was exactly what we asked for, and the single rate was very reasonable. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with our room, swimming pool, and sauna all being very clean. The breakfast and dinner provided as part of the half-board option were delicious. The hotel also provided a ski shuttle service in the mornings and gave us tickets for ski lockers, making it easy for us to store our equipment.

The hotel is a bit far from the action and requires transportation to get to the main attractions. the plumbing was a bit noisy, but it was not enough to disturb our sleep.
