The room at Nestroy Wien was spacious and clean, with a convenient folding screen in the shower. The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Nestroyplatz metro station. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any issues. The breakfast spread was tasty and had a good variety of options. it was great value for money.

The location of the hotel is superb, with plenty of nice cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. It is also conveniently close to the Nestroy subway station, making it easy to explore the city. Despite being situated in a quiet section, it is still within walking distance to everything you need. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay for business travelers.

The hotel could improve on its customer service, as some staff members were reported to be rude in certain instances.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed including complimentary tea, coffee, and water. The location was perfect, close to the center and easy to reach other destinations. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, making our Easter experience even better.
