The room at Nestroy Wien was spacious and clean, with a convenient folding screen in the shower. The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Nestroyplatz metro station. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any issues. The breakfast spread was tasty and had a good variety of options. it was great value for money.

The hotel could improve on its customer service, as some staff members were reported to be rude in certain instances.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed including complimentary tea, coffee, and water. the location was perfect, close to the center and easy to reach other destinations. the staff was very helpful and welcoming, making our Easter experience even better.

The room could have been warmer, especially on colder days. we had a great time and enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, nestled away in a lovely and peaceful neighborhood. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, giving you the best experience possible. The rooms were well-equipped with all the amenities I needed and the cleaning service was impeccable. I especially appreciated having air conditioning and soundproofed rooms for a good night's sleep.

I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
